Sata appoints minister for ‘Muchinga’ province

President Sata has appointed PF Isoka MP Malozo Sichone as Muchinga Province Minister.

President Sata says the new Minister should immediate get to work and begin to construct Chinsali as Provincial headquarters.

Parliament has not yet approved the creation of Muchinga province.

Sata made the announcement in church at Chilonga Mission.

President Sata has directed Defence Minister Geoffrey Mwamba to rely the message to Mr. Sishone.

And in the same line of chaos, President Sata has given Mpanda Fishala Council Guest House to Mpika Diocese.

He has directed Mpika Council to immediately hand over the Guest House to be used as home for retired priests.

RP capital advisors set record straight, wondered why commission of Inquiry didn't ask them
Chipimo: how was tender to renovate State House given?

Well done our President for creating a new province called muchinga and its provincial headquarter chinsali, coz all we need is development in our country. Remote areas like chinsali needs to be developed.

I am very dissappointed with our President. I heard him on 1900 hours news saying in Bemba and I quote “akacila ka mbushi kasengula opo kekele”. This is a Bemba saying implying that before you develop other pipo’s areas, start with where you come from or where you are sitting!! This explains why Muchinga Province was created. I now feel the full impact of Dontch kubeba . . . . we have all been fooled!!

What is the business relationship between government and the catholic church? So Sata can get government property and give to a private entity? why the rich catholic and not poor churches. Bakateka balefisankanya too carelessly. we dont hate Sata our granny but he is going too far! let the old man turn that guest house into a skills training centre not Ifyachabechabe he is doing, in whose interest is he acting, abash segregation!
90 days is ticking, we want policy shift for development not mediocre appeasement acts.

Epa; Shooking shaking news from the peacefull known Zambia. I am out of the country, but I know it well.

My worry is that, President Sata should be carefull about the seemingly well isolated public complaint on TRIBALISM.

If he has come to rebuild the BEMBA EMPIRE, then he should be ready to see vividly the lozi cessetion being implimented, and he shall end up leaving the country worse off.
Those foreseeing civil war recieps are not wrong because the bells are ringing very loudly across the borders; so papa, Take breath and maintain serene.
However, well done on corrupt idiots

There’s tension in the country.Only a non Zambian with different figiment can stand up and say such. Wake up you foreigner. You don’t even know where your father is buried.Once again know that there’s tension in this country.War (civil) is about to break out.Mushala is not dead.

You see why we can’t seem to change as a country, we are being ruled by the same people, same minds , same line of thought which lacks originality and no diversity…….its the same old Bemba approach to ALL issues.Even if we get Chipimo Jnr as new president, he will follow the same pattern…i feel sorry for Bembas, U have the numbers but no quality leadership but only mediocrity with kaponyalistic approach to evrything. Tsk tsk!!!!

Wapya munzi! 2016 couldn’t be much further! 5 more years of this stupidity will land Zambia back in the stone age….before Homo Erectus! Who does this Kaponya think he is? God?? Do we even have a constitution in Zambia? Who is responsible for upholding the law of the land? Clearly the law is being violated by this manic over, and over, and over again! I weep for Mother Zambia, we are being ruled by illiterates!

Why should Chinsali be the provincial HQ for Muchinga province?

I think this president is not listening to the people. NO WONDER THERE IS OUTCRY OF TRIBALISM!!!!!!

    1. Chinsali is at the tip of the bottom half of the province. It is in no way the center of the province. So why make it the provincial HQ??

    2. Chinsali happens to be the only bemba speaking district in the province. The rest are Namwanga, Tumbuka and related dialects.

All I can conclude is that Sata wants to develop Chinsali so he created this province!!!

I would think Isoka is more central and if he wanted a better engine for development, he would pick Nakonde where things are at least happening and there is an increasing concentration of Government offices because of all the income that the town is generating.

Appointing the Isoka guy now seems like just a sham. Can we put an end to this sham and delusional thinking.

We know the scheme behind Muchinga. The whole idea is that PF will be seen to be stronger in one more province. Which in actual fact it is one and the same province. Where is the opposition to show this man the right things to do

What is this? Is Sata still mentally balanced or not? I wonder whether he thinks Zambia belongs to him let alone state property just because his Kaponya’s voted him into state house. God is laughing at us now for having voted a man that does not know what it means to be a president despite claiming to have vast experience. He instead has many years of being used by his former bosses and nill leadership experience. Well, unfortunately he cant even claim to be knowledgeable as he has but a humble background. Simply put, Sata has realised that the worst mistake of his life is to run for plot 1 because he has really been exposed as a directionless person like a headless chicken.

Catholics should show that they are above corruption (theft) by not taking up this stolen property.

Oops Mr President!. How do you become generous with resources that belong to everyone?. Being generous is commendable but can you use your own wealth to do that please?. The Bible which the President appears to want to uphold does show that the there is a right time and place to do anything. Is church really the place to do what our President is doing. Mr President dont let power get to your head and now begin to assume you can do just about anything anywhere. You are certainly in great error to behave this way. Since you claim to be a man of God …..Read Kings and Judges…you may learn a lesson or two from the Patriarchs who administered justice in ancient times.
