Sata commits another impeachable offence

Zambian dictator Michael Sata has committed another impeachable offence by appointing a Deputy Minister to act in place of a full cabinet minister position.

Mr. Sata has appointed Deputy Foreign Affairs minister Dr. Effron Lungu to act in place of Foreign Affairs Minister Given Lubinda who is reported to be on leave.

According to Cabinet handbook, a deputy minister can not act in place of a cabinet minister as that constitutes a serious constitutional breach.

Whenever a full cabinet minister is on leave or out of the country, another full cabinet minister is appointed from any ministry to act in his place, but in his usual chaotic manner, Sata has completely disregarded this constitutional requirement by appointing a deputy minister to act in place of a cabinet minister.

Yesterday, Sata’s ‘voice mail’ George Chellah said the Foreign Affairs Minister Given Lubinda would not attend next week’s 20th Ordinary Session of the Assembly of the African Union (AU) in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, because he had taken his annual leave.

In a statement made available to ZANIS, Chellah revealed that Mr. Lubinda has been on leave since December 21, 2012, and added that another Minister has already taken his position as Acting Foreign Affairs Minister.

Mr. Chellah however said Mr. Lubinda was still facing serious charges against the party, which would only be resolved at the forth coming Central Committee meeting.

Zambian’s in Diaspora have been asked to consider coming back home by the Zambian Government and President Sata has reminded Zambians abroad about doing so. It is true that many Zambians living abroad are proud of their lineage, education and heritage and anxious to rediscover their roots by coming back home. Some have good education and very good jobs but how can they come back home to this caos? How are they to contribute to society if Zambia has a bunch of ministers who act like circus monkeys and a president who thinks he is untouchable and does not follow rules? Some of these Zambian’s abroad have their new citizenships and are maybe better off where they are than coming back to misery. If they have the education, knowledge and skill that will benefit Zambia, then what does Zambia have to offer in return? I mean look at what is going on right now… No wonder why Zambia will never advance because of money hungry people in power destroying themselves and the country. Just a bunch of recycled twits.

Given, don’t waste your precious time sticking with thankless low witted PF nonsense. Your country Barotseland is in the process of manifesting itself. Identify yourself with your true roots now. Independent Barotseland will value your skills. You have nothing to lose.

If God’s people don’t humble themselves and pray, why should He heal the troubles in this land? Just talking to each other about the problems we see probably won’t change much. Taking to God about such problems means we are talking to Someone Who can actually do something about the situation. Maybe things need to get worse before people will see the need to get on their knees and cry out to God on behalf of this land.

Misrepresentation at its best. The deputy minister is appointed to a specific duty of heading a delegation. Anyone can be appointed to head a delegation. It doesn’t have to be the Minister of Foreign affairs. To this regard a deputy minister qualifies, just like any other citizen. Now, you may push through your impeachment motion and we will cheer you on! Miscalculation as usual!

Where is the learned Minister of Justice to advise MCS? Oh sorry! He has gone to ZAOU!!!! I ‘ve forgotten. Kakolwe help me. Is it ZAOU or ZAWA? Zambia will come to a stand still one day. We don’t have leaders. 80% of the younger or prospective leaders are infected with HIV/AIDS. I sense generational-leadership gap for Zambia…. HH PRIDE!!! MUMBA SELFISH AMBITIONS!!! CHIPIMO NOT YET MARKETABLE!!! It’s a life full of puzzles pa ZED!!!!!!!! Work hard for your self and family!!!! Don’t bank on these unprincipled-misdirecting fecal matter chasers (jump from political party to another) to brighten your life………………………….

Where are the advisers? the president may not know everything that’s why he has advisers who are even paid tax payers money.

    • Sway   January 18, 2013 at 19:45

With so called experience he should know this without anyone advising him.

    • Zaza   January 18, 2013 at 20:10

      The problem is Satana.

He thinks a president knows everything.

This man will never listen to anyone unless its what he wants to hear.

Thank you Chanda Chimba III for advising Zambians though they did not want to listen.
