The PF Anti Corruption Commission has summoned Chongwe area member of Parliament Sylvia Masebo for questioning tomorrow while suspected state agents broke into her house in Rhodespark and only stole a computer processor and monitor.
Sources from the ACC have disclosed that the decision to summon the lawmaker is to slap her with some corruption allegations so that she is kept busy defending herself at the expense of campaigns next year. She is expected to report at the ACC offices tomorrow at 09:00hrs.
“There is a scheme to keep some MPs busy with court processes so that they are kept busy. Ms Masebo, GBM (Kasama central MB Geoffrey Mwamba), Jonas Shakafuswa and a few others are the parliamentarians targeted for intimidation.
Meanwhile unknown people broke into Ms. Masebo’s house in Rhodespark on Monday night while the caretaker was sleeping. After a thorough search, it was discovered that only a computer processor and monitor were stolen leaving other valuables which included a colour printer that was just next to the items.
