After stealing K20,000 DF money, Northern province chairman rejoins PF

DF Northern province chairperson Chomba Chipili was given K20,000 for party mobilisation in the province but after squandering the money he resigned and went back to PF.

Chipili who was earlier provincial PF treasurer resigned his position to join the Miles Sampa led party and was given the money but early this week he announced that he has rejoined the PF.

Chipili started getting into trouble when some districts officials who defected along with him started demanding for their share but couldn’t account for the money.

Additionally Chipili has gotten into financial problems as PF cancelled contracts for his company Jamcho which has been building some infrastructure in Eastern and Luapula provinces.

His younger brother Kennedy Mwamba unknowingly made the disclosure during a drinking spree to a Watchdog reporter who was in the province.
