The happenings in airtel money services need to be exposed. On Friday I sent money to my daughter in Lusaka for a very urgent activity, but up to today 30.09.13 she has not received it because the system is “down”!
It looks like Airtel is taking us for granted because I am reliably informed that they usually tell their workers and agents to bank all the money everyday and direct them to tell the clients that “the system is down”, and yet using the same system is okay when you are depositing or buying airtime.
If air tell have no capacity to provide air money services they must stop it urgently.
What’s worse is that nobody is apologising about it.
