As civil servants wait for salaries , PF diverts Napsa savings to campaigns

While Civil Servants are waiting for their hard earned salaries, the Patriotic Front is spending huge sums of tax payers money to transport PF drunkards to another dance concert on the Copperbelt.

Sources within the Patriotic front have disclosed that the PF is transporting hundreds of cadres from around the country to attend another concert at Levy Mwanawasa stadium in Ndola this coming Saturday.
. ” These guys are cheating themselves. They think the launch at the Heroes stadium was a morale booster so they want to do the same at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium on the Copperbelt,” the source said.

The source said Zamtel, Zesco and other parastatals including the National Pensions Agency (NAPSA) that keeps retirees funds have been directed to put in both financial and material support.

Meanwhile, the PF is also planning to charter a plane for some PF cadres to go and watch a friendly match between the Zambia National Soccer team and Guinea.
Civil servants have not been paid their salaries while ministers and deputy ministers got theirs long time ago.
Some civil servants have started getting paid tonight and long queues have been seen on a number of Automated Teller Machines.
