Screen Shot 2014-01-30 at 11.49.08 First Alliance Bank has written to Wynter Kabimba’s lawyer Rabson Malipenga over the civil servants money he withdrew from the bank.
And documentations in which Siachoke Simazeza was demanding K67 500 from Nelly Mutti has surfaced.
Simazeza is the criminal Kabimba, Justice PS Akafumba and Malipenga used to illegally transfer payment files for Voluntary Separation Association of Zambia (VSAS) from Lukona Chambers owned by Nellie Mutti to Rabson Malipenga’s law firm without the consent of the 3568 retirees.
After transferring the file, Kabimba, Justice Permanent Secretary Joseph Akufumba and Lusaka Lawyer Rabson Malipenga, in fraudulent circumstance, deduct 15 per cent from each retiree’s payment every month then share the money.
They are using Malipenga’s account at First Alliance.

Siachoke Simazeza has been imposed as the Chairperson for VSAZ in make sure he lays his hands on the money.
Nasando Isikanda, the person who fought for the money with Nelly Mutti has since died and during his time, all retirees were getting their money as per agreement.

Siachoke got upset and contacted Kabimba his relative. Kabimba agreed with Akafumba but decided not to use Kabimba’s account or law firm since that would be too obvious. So they brought Kabimba’s lawyer Malipenga on board. Malipenga is used as a front for Kabimba and Akafumba.
