Bill 10 is bad but I can’t vote against govt bill – Minister Mwale

Minister of infrastructure Vincent Mwale has admitted that constitutional changes being pushed by government through bill 10 are not in good faith.

But the Chipangali MP, in a tweet, says he will still vote for Bill 10 as part of his collective responsibility.

ZWD comment : clearly here is a man troubled by his conscious but his balls are too small for him to stand like a man and responsible citizen.
