Former United States President Bill Clinton is in Zambia to check on projects run by the Clinton Foundation in Zimba District in Southern Province.
Mr. Clinton and his delegation touched down at Harry Mwaanga Nkumbula International Airport in Livingstone around 19.30 hours Thursday.
Meanwhile, Mr. Clinton has called on the judiciary in Zambia to ensure that it upholds the tenets of fair justice because their job is a difficult one.
Mr. Clinton said this when he met embattled Acting Chief Justice Lombe Chibesakunda and other justices from Southern Africa at the Royal Livingstone Hotel .
Others who were present include Bank of Zambia Governor Michael Gondwe and Director of Public Prosecutions Mutembo Nchito.
And rejected Chibesakunda thanked Mr. Clinton for the counsel he gave to the Judiciary.
