Bishop Mambo: Zambia should learn from crisis in Libya

Zambians have been urged to draw lessons from the current happenings in Libya, as the country heads to the elections.

Bishop John Mambo says Zambia should learn from the happenings of Libya in order have a conducive political atmosphere.

Bishop Mambo says political leaders should ensure that they respect the true outcome of the elections.

In an interview with QFM, Bishop Mambo has called on the stakeholders in the electoral process to respect the wishes of Zambian people in the forthcoming elections.

He has further advised Zambians not to call for change of government for the sake of having different people running government.

Bishop Mambo says Zambians should seek to have leaders with a different mindset in order for the country to move forward.

He also stated that Zambia is too precious to experience political violence in the forthcoming elections, urging people to commit the country in prayers for peaceful elections.
