Information has emerged that the now embattled quartet of Brian Chituwo, Michael Kaingu, Dora Siliya and Lucky Mulusa trying hound out Nevers Mumba from the MMD presidency are getting cash from both State House and from Fred M’membe, Wynter Kabimba cartel.
While Dr Chituwo and Dr Kaingu are being funded by PF secretary general Wynter Kabimba whose presidential campaign has already been raved and Post Newspaper owner Fred M’membe, Siliya and her friend Mulusa are being bankrolled by State House…all on the assignment to cause confusions in the former ruling party.
It has been revealed and established that Siliya who is former Petauke Central MMD Member of Parliament went to State House and met Sata to plead for a job because she was suffering and had no money to survive.
Siliya owes her lawyers Eric Silwamba more than K800 000 (K800 million old currency) through the criminal cases she has been slapped with since PF came to power. She just lost her parliamentary seat and therefore her only source of income and posh vehicles. She has no known business.
It has been revealed that Siliya begged that she was even ready to go back to ZNBC and read news because she had suffered beyond measure since the MMD lost power and that the nullification of her seat had exacerbated her financial misery.
Sata has since tasked Siliya and Mulusa through a K50 000 allowance for each to create confusion in the MMD because the former ruling party had maintained its structures despite having out of power for the last two and half years.
Siliya and Mulusa have been tasked to hire PF cadres that would be conducting spontaneous demonstrations even without police permit against Dr Mumba at the MMD secretariat as well as at the residence of the MMD leader.
Mulusa, it is believed he is in the schemes for his own presidential ambitions and he has been assured that should the plot to overthrow Dr Mumba succeed, he would be the heir to the throne, a bait that has excited the former Solwezi MP to a point that he is not ashamed to receive money from a government he has been demonizing.
But information being received it to the fact that no sooner had Siliya felt Sata’s office than the head of state announce that he was going to use the duo and destroy themselves and the MMD and dump them at an appropriate time.
It is believed that Siliya and Mulusa have been promised to re-contest their seats but President Sata has told his confidants that he was going to dribble them and adopt PF members and not those joining the party now.
It is also believed that President Sata is working on a scheme to purge all his useless MP and Ministers so that by the time the PF would be going for the elections in 2016, he would have the new crop most of whom would be from the MMD and that is why he is determined to destroy the former ruling party.
“Soon after Siliya left Sata’s office, the president told his people that he was going to use Siliya and Mulusa to destroy themselves and the MMD then dump them. Dora went to Sata kneeling and cried that she was suffering and that she had no money to survive. In fact she pleaded with Sata to consider taking her back to ZNBC to start reading news. But for Mulusa, it is about his presidential ambitions and he sees the overthrowing of Dr Mumba as an opportunity to take over the MMD. He would later auction the MMD to PF where he believes he would take over the presidency because he thinks that Kabimba would soon be evicted from the party,” the source said.
And sources from the Chituwo and Kaingu camp that has been having clandestine meetings at the offices of the Post Newspaper say that M’membe and Kabimba have been paying the two MMD vice president K100 000 to cause confusion in the MMD.
The sources revealed that in fact Dr Chituwo and Dr Kaingu were also receiving the K50 000 Siliya and Mulusa were receiving from State House, an act that the former Solwezi MP has described as double-dealing.
The source said the Kaingu and Chituwo battle was a tribal one and that was why Kabimba and M’membe were deeply involved because they have declared that the presidential candidate for the 2016 general elections in the PF and the MMD would be non-Bemba.
