Chanda Kabwe tells Itezhi tezhi people not to vote for UPND

Chanda Kabwe

After swindling money from street vendors and Marketeers, now Edgar Lungu’s errand boy but now Central province permanent Secretary Chanda Kabwe has gone on rampage in Itezhi tezhi district telling people not to vote for the opposition UPND but the people have told the squint eyed PF cadre not to drag himself into politics.

Kabwe, who has been Lungu’s errand boy in siphoning money from hopeless street vendors and marketers held various meetings with civil servants and threatened that he would transfer or recommend for dismissal all those who would vote for the opposition UPND in the forthcoming by council chairmanship and ward elections

In his hallucination, Kabwe said that the PF government has been releasing equalisation fund amounting to K500,000 per month to Itezhi tezhi district and accused the UPND led council of misusing the money but details obtained by the Watchdog right from Kabwe’s office indicate that the total amount Central province has been getting in the past three months is K1,000,000 (One million Kwacha) which is split among the eleven districts in the province.

But in reaction to Kabwe’s political campaign trip to the area with a huge delegation which included one of his concubines who is a head of department based in Kabwe, the civil servants said that they had no reason not to vote for the opposition because the PF led government has apparently failed to deliver to the expectations of the people.
