CHIEF CHChief Chibesakunda of the Bisa people of Shiwangandu District in Muchinga Province, has died.

He died at Chinsali General Hospital.

He was Robert Bwembya Luo, brother to Minister of Livestock, Hon. Prof.Nkandu Luo, and was Chief Chibesakunda XI.
