Court allows UPND in Lungu’s 3rd term case

The Constitutional Court has allowed the UPND to join the petition in which Edgar Lungu wants to go for a third term.

Lungu has paid some imbeciles to go to court and ask the court to declare that he is eligible to contest the 2021 general elections.

The four imbeciles being used by Lungu are Danny Pule of the Christian Democratic Party, Wright Musona of Zambia Republican Party, Peter Chanda of New Congress Party and Robert Mwanza of Citizens Democratic Party.

When the four went to court they thought it will be just a matter of the court agreeing with them by stating that their master is eligible. To their shock, it aint that easy.

The Law Association of Zambia, the UPND and Godfrey Miyanda applied to join the petition but on the opposing side. LAZ was allowed to join last week despite protestations by the PF.

Justice Margaret Munalula has joined the UPND to the case while the PF has objected to the application by General Godfrey Miyanda to the case.

However, ruling has been reserved for Thursday this week.
