Lusaka based political analyst Dante Saunders says the PF government is losing popularity because it is failing to fulfill campaign promises.
And Saunders has praised the private media and opposition political parties for playing their role very well under the PF regime.
Saunders told radio Phoenix Monday morning that he is impressed with the way the opposition has provided checks and balances to the current government.
Saunders said the opposition is playing a much better role than at any other time in Zambia
He also commended the private media for exposing corrupt activities in the current government.
Saunders said the PF government is fast losing popularity because it is not fulfilling what it promised voters in September 2011.
He advised the PF to try and fulfill at least 50 per cent of the promises it made.
