Hundreds of students from the country’s oldest and largest public university are still detained by Zambian authorities.
The students, mainly girls were arrested on Friday after president Michael Sata ordered police to arrest them for protesting against rising cost of living in the country.
Hundreds of students were last night relocated to a Millitary base under the Zambia Airforce in Mumbwa.
Others were moved and incarcerated at Lilayi training police training camp in Lusaka’s maakeni area.
The PF regime though is lying that only 40 students are in detention.
About 50 students are detained at Lusaka Central police station.
