Many Airtel Blackberry Network user’s has been down for a month now. When we call 111 they always say “the technicians are working on it” surely how long can it take for the qualified technicians to fix this?
I paid for the month which is k63 and many of us using blackberry’s we are not having internet. We can’t browse and the month just ended like that, the internet upto now has I am talking its on “GSM or edge”.
Are they goin to refund us if Zicta you are their please interven and help us.
