Dstv’s bad manners

I think DSTV Zambia has gone too far with their pathetic and unapologetic conduct. Its high time CCPC came in to protect consumers like myself. Imagine their so called customer care line is mostly off or goes unanswered; their self service tools will just chew your talk time and end up resolving nothing. Of late their signal has been interrupted with errors of which the most recent and common one been error E108-4 which from most user comments on their facebook page suggest that the issue is beyond their control as it may have to do with sub-standard decoders they are selling on the market on promotions.
