I have always said people holding public offices should be screened for HIV?
If found positive they be put on treatment and then relieve them of their duties. This illness comes about because of one’s lifestyle, it can be avoided. It doesn’t come naturally.

Idiot! What makes you think people with HIV are less productive than those without. You are so shallow minded it stinks. Its people like you who are fueling stigma and forcing our people to die early due to marginalization. You are so disgusting!

Sorry mate if you are one of those who take antiretroviral drugs on daily basis, you will agree with me that you spend most of your time at the hospital for endless diarrhoea, flu, unproductive cough and many other Opportunistic infections due to weakened immune system. This makes you less productive. I don’t see the need for me to insult you or use vulgar language towards you.

          Macgayver,
Tone down your language and have empathy toward others. The medical condition of Mr Chomba is none of our business but what our business is is to wish him well.Dont ridicule others on medical grounds it taboo.Just tone down your language
