ECZ rigged for UPND-Constitutional court will rule in favour of PF-Claims Frank Bwalya

Confused former Catholic Priest and now PF Deputy Spokesperson Frank Bwalya has hallucinated that the Electoral Commission of Zambia connived with the United Party for National Development (UPND) to rig elections in Southern, Western and North Western Provinces.
And Frank Bwalya has boasted that the Constitutional Court will rule in favour of PF president Edgar Lungu in the Presidential Petition case currently before the court.
Speaking when he featured on Joy FM Radio on Thursday morning Bwalya claimed that the PF has evidence that the ECZ connived with the UPND to inflate figures for the opposition.
He claimed that the UPND attempted to steal votes from the PF in Kanyama and said people will soon know what happened.
‘The UPND attempted to steal our votes in Kanyama and the petition will soon be over and people will know that the UPND connived with the ECZ Returning Officers to steal votes in Southern Province even in Dundumwezi ECZ was changing figures,’ Bwalya claimed.
The PF had stolen 14,000 votes from UPND leader Hakainde Hichilema in Kanyama alone but the votes were added back after alert UPND members discovered the scam.
And Frank Bwalya has boasted that the Constitutional Court will rule in favour of PF president Edgar Lungu in the Presidential Petition case currently before the court.
‘It will be delivered in our favour (PF) and God will not answer the prayer of the UPND but that of the PF, it’s a question of when and not if,’ Bwalya boasted.
