The Forum for(FPP) has announced the parties intention to contest in the forth-coming parliamentary by-election in Solwezi Central next month.

In a press statement made available to ZANIS intoday, Mr Sakala said Zambia has been at the generosity of multiparty democracy for some time now but the fruits are very minimal hence the need for the people of Solwezi to vote for the candidate provided by the FPP.
Mr. Sakala said the FPP do not only wish to bring power to the people of Solwezi but Zambians at large and to further bring power to the people.
Mr. Sakala said that Charles Kapalu Kafumbo was endorsed as a candidate for FPP in the Solwezi central parliamentary by-elections.
Meanwhile, Mr Sakala has said that this year’s independence should be used to reflect on the past so that we can build a stronger foundation for future progress in the country.
Mr. Sakala has however urged Zambians to use the 45th independence anniversary to achieve the countries agenda of unity.
