FAZ appoints expatriate a week after elevating Lwandamina as Chipolopolo coach

The Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) has settled for an expatriate coach just one week after they fired Honour Janza and replaced him with George Lwandamina as Chipolopolo coach.
Sports Minister Vincent Mwale has told the PF mouth piece Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation (ZNBC) that FAZ has advanced in striking a deal with a named expatriate coach who will be unveiled soon.
Mwale said government will leave FAZ to handle the matter and confirmed that he will meet with FAZ on Wednesday over the appointment.
Honour Janza has now reverted to his position of Technical Director at FAZ. He was handed his dismissal letter on arrival at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport from Ethiopia where Zambia beat Ethiopia 1-0 in a friendly march.
Lwandamina’s first task registered a poor show drawing 0-0 with little known Guinea Bissau in the Gabon 2017 AFCON qualifier.
