Fr Bwalya charged with defaming Sata, locked up

Alliance for Better Zambia (ABZ) president Frank Bwalya has been locked up at Kasama central prison.
He has been charged with defamation of the President and breach of peace.
By 19 hours local time, his sympathisers had left the police station after police refused to give him police bond, meaning he is likely to spend the night in jail.
Fr Bwalya was picked by police at Radio Mano in Kasama this afternoon. He was in the middle of speaking on the radio when the cops stormed the radio station and picked him.
Fr Bwalya is said to have said that President Sata is a difficulty person who does not listen to advice.
