Frank Bwalya says opposition behind meali meal shortage

Confused former Catholic Priest and PF Deputy Spokesperson Frank Bwalya has accused the opposition of being behind the meali meal shortage that is spreading to most parts of the country.
And Bwalya has told the PF controlled ZNBC that he is going to report a named opposition party for allegedly planning to disrupt national functions like Labour Day and the Youth Day which was disrupted by PF thugs.
The meali meal shortage is as a result of mismanagement by the outgoing PF government but Bwalya now says the opposition is to blame for the shortage.
He alleged that a named opposition party was buying off meali meal in bulk to create an artificial shortage.
Even in Chawama where the PF has partnered with the Zambia Cooperative Federation (ZCF) to supply meali meal from the solar milling plants, scores of mothers are just waiting as there is no meali meal being delivered.
And Bwalya has told the PF controlled ZNBC that he is going to report a named opposition party for allegedly planning to disrupt national functions like Labour Day and the Youth Day which was disrupted by PF thugs.
After PF thugs violently brutalised UPND members and undressed women who participated in the World Youth Day celebrations last Saturday, the confused Bwalya now says he will report the opposition to the PF controlled police for allegedly planning to disrupt such functions.
In his continued madness, Bwalya has further charged that the images that are circulating on social media showing victims of PF brutality are false and fabricated by a named opposition party.
Currently a fuel shortage has persisted in Lusaka with long queues of motorists forming at filling stations with the commodity.
A survey conducted this morning indicated that a number of filling stations had run out of fuel. The confused Bwalya will soon accuse the opposition of being behind the fuel shortage.
