GBM likely to be locked up on Monday

Fred M’membe and Wynter Kabimba have instructed the police to lock up Kasama MP Geoffrey Mwamba (GBM) when he reports for questioning.

Senior police officers have revealed that they have received specific instructions to detain Mwamba at Woodlands police station.

‘That is why they told us to change the venue of questioning from HQ to Woodlands as you know Woodlands is the ‘hotel’ for politicians,’ said one police officer.

Mwamba, his wife and their two daughters have all been summoned by police and will report to police this week.

For his part, Mwamba posted on Facebook that:

I’m reading Isaiah 43:2 which says ” When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze”.
God is with us in any way to protect and guide our lives. Take time to remember your creator in this day.

God Bless You All!

When times were rough for ailing dictator Michael Sata, GBM was there for him.

At one time when the Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) wanted to arrest Sata for money laundering involving USD100 000, GBM risked by claiming that he was the one who put the money in Sata’s account.

But Sata is now powerful so he does not need people like GBM, after all he is the president and has new friends.

But then, Sata himself may not have the energy for such fights. He is too sick. Yesterday he was seen struggling to disembark from a plane, which brought him from London.

He was in first class and slept all the 10-hour flight from Heathrow airport. But when he reached Lusaka he was still tired and the moment he got on another plane to fly him to State House for 10 minutes, he fell asleep.
