Go ahead with KCM liquidation, says High Court

The Lusaka High Court has dismissed an application by Vedanta to refer the liquidation of KCM to arbitration. High Court Judge Anne Banda Bobo has since granted ZCCM IH permission to proceed with the liquidation of KCM. Details to follow.

    Judicial system is compromised. Expect Lungi and his cohorts to pay 3 billion dollars as damages to Vedanta. Debt soaring before lungi us fired in August 2021 by populace of Zambia.
