Government plans to defranchise civil servants through fake transfers

President Edgar Lungu has now directed Secretary to cabinet Rowland Msiska to implement hasty transfer of most civil servants perceived to be anti PF so that they don’t vote on 11th August.

A State house source says that the intelligence report availed to Lungu reaffirms that most civil servants want to kick out PF and Lungu because of the frustrations and suffering that his government has imposed.

“There is a report to him that civil servants are geared to vote him out so there will be transfers between now and 11th August. Most people targeted are the police, teachers and health personnel. This will make it difficult for those transferred to return to vote,” said the source.

And a report from Kabwe, central province states that Mine secondary school George Bwalya who has been having an affair with his provincial education officer and rejected the transfer to Makululu has been stealing cement meant for PTA projects from the school, hence his fear that the theft will be exposed when he leaves.

He is using the cement for building his house in Chowa, and the report has reached his girlfriend PEO but continues to be shielded.
