Kabwe District Commissioner Samson Lupupa has added his voice to calls for women in Zambia to start denying uncircumcised men sex to stop the spread of HIV infections.

“They [women] should start denying sex to men who are not circumcised. So I am urging women to start looking for men who are circumcised. All men who are not circumcised should get circumcised
