Zambia to decide fate of Libyan assets-Pande

Government has confirmed that it will soon decide the fate of all assets in the country belonging to the regime of President Muammer GadaffI of Libya.
Minister of Foreign Affairs,Kabinga Pande dispelled allegations that Government is dragging its feet on the case involving the North African State’s assets.
Pande said that Zambia was one of the first countries to support the UN imposed No-fly zone against Libya. He claimed Zambia supported the no-fly zone because it is champion of Human Rights and peace.
He further said Government has sought guidance from organizations such as the United Nations (UN) in order to make a right decision concerning the matter.
