HH advises Sata to wake up and sort national mess

CadresUPND president Hakainde Hichilema says President Sata should address the high cost of living where a 25kg mealie meal bag has now risen to K70 in some parts of the country.

And U…PND Vice President for Politics, Canisius Banda, says PF Secretary General, Wynter Kabimba, is fooling himself if he thinks PF will rule beyond 2016

Speaking when he welcomed University of Zambia lecturers together with 42 opposition MMD members from Inter-City Bus Terminus, along with a former MMD Mandevu Ward 23 Councillor, who defected to the opposition UPND, Mr. Hichilema said the PF government must prioritise production as a way of lowering the cost of living in Zambia.

“As we sit today, the Kwacha is depreciating again because of lack of basic economics. The cost of living is becoming unbearable. Transport costs are too high. Food is expensive and people are going without any food”, He. Hichilema said.

He said PF were cheating that they have created jobs because the so called jobs involve among others cleaning street corners and planting grass outside State House by our women is not jobs.

“How can you claim you have created 600 thousand jobs which are just temporal as they involve cleaning the streets,” Mr. Hichilema said.

He said Mr. Sata was basically just sleeping at State House instead of working yet State House is supposed to be a work station.

“Mr. Sata is not working the full hours that the people of Zambia employed.

On the exchange rates, Mr. Hichilema said he warned Mr. Sata against introducing SI 33 and SI 55 because he foresaw the dangers to the economy and has now been vindicated.

And Mr. Hichilema says there is too much brutality in the country that should be stopped immediately.

He said the PF government is now looking at ways of provoking the opposition so that the can impose a state of emergency and delay the elections.

“I know their schemes. They want to provoke us by delaying the constitution and introducing brutality. PF cadres are now wearing military uniforms and red barrett to a point where by the time PF leaves office in 2016, the whole country will be heavily militarised.

Look at the lawlessness in land grabbing by PF cadres in areas such as Lusaka.

“From today I don’t want to hear someone say Mr. Sata is a christian because a christian cannot allow such things to happen especially by someone who promised to rule by 10 commandments”.

“We know PF are leaving in 2016, but they will leave a heavily military country with people moving with guns and pangas”.

“Don’t be afraid for now under the dictatorship we have for now.

I should have been in Eastern province but was hounded out after they started brutalising people.

They want to manipulate the constitution by using the inquiries act and also change from 5 years to 8 years” he said.

And Mr. Hichilema has questioned the where abouts of Malawian Judge Lovemore Chikopa.

Where is Judge Lovemore Chikopa? I have found out that there is a relationship between Sata and Chikopa through marriage.

We need the money that  Judge Chikopa is getting to be used for ARVs instead of paying him.

Mr. Chikopa should also have some integrity by going back to Malawi and sort-out the problems there.
