In honor of our late country’s 5th President Michael Chilufya Sata, we joined fellow citizens in laying wreaths at his resting place in Lusaka this afternoon.
We decided to join fellow citizens in the afternoon to avoid unnecessary confrontations with those who harbor hatred against fellow citizens.
King Cobra, as we fondly called him during our days together in the PF-UPND pact while he called us “calculator boys”, was a great leader who sailed through to become President of our country when some called him names and actually said he would never be President.
We can only say we are thankful to God for the days we spent together with President Sata. May his soul continue to rest in peace.
