Hired PF cadres this morning almost disrupted the funeral service for late president Michael Sata at parliement buildings.
The hired cadres, mostly women and youths kept chanting ‘no more Guy Scott, no more’ as police merely watched them.
There has been calls for calm within the ruling party, but so far the PF cadres and senior leaders have not spared any moment to mourn president Sata as they have been busy with campaigns to succeed the late president even before burial.
Leading contenders are all busy bribing the cadres with lots of money and things are likely to be ugly after burial of president Sata tomorrow.
It is si far not clear who paid for today’s near confusion which was attended by several dignataries including opposition leaders.
