How Chikwanda falsified IDC legal papers

A Dismissed whistleblower has exposed the inherent corruption at Industrial Development Corporation’s (IDC).

Former state house aide Paul Siame says former Finance minster Alexander Chikwanda corruptly and illegally changed the membership of the board of directors at the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC).

According to court papers he filed in court, Siame says Edgar Lungu or anyone occupying the office of President was not supposed to be the chairperson of the IDC in the original composition approved by the Michael Sata cabinet.

Siame further reveals that the Finance minister was also not supposed to be a board member of the IDC but that Alexander Chikwanda falsified the articles of association to include himself and the president in the board.

Siame reveals that Chikwanda falsified the articles of association in total disregard of written instructions by Sata who was then sick.

Chikwanda falsified the documents when he was acting president while Sata was abroad for medication.
