On my appointment as Luapula Province Permanent Secretary, let me mention that I was NOT removed before taking up the job, no. The chronology of events started with the day I was appointed. I was subsequently sworn in on a Friday, 10th May, 2013, and traveled to Mansa on Monday, 13th May, reaching my destination around midnight. The following day, 14th May, I was in my office at 07.30 hours and worked the whole day before being summoned back around 16.45 hours through a phone call originating from cabinet office.
