Kabwata Member of Parliament Given Lubinda says he is not ready to have a bitter exchange of words with Vice President Guy Scott who recently likened him to a dog with a bone, following his testimony against former tourism minister Sylvia Masebo.
Mr Lubinda says he is still trying to understand what motivated the vice president to use strong language against him.
Mr. Lubinda has told Qfm News in a telephone interview that he will keep his discipline by avoiding further commenting on the matter through the press.
He considers himself a disciplined man who does not use strong language to fellow human beings.
Mr. Lubinda has also appealed to his family and supporters not to begin answering back to Dr. Scott as this will show immaturity.
The Kabwata parliamentarian says he handles such attacks with the dignity they deserve and a sober mind.
