It’s true PF ministers are of low quality, UPND agrees with Kabimba

The United Party for National Development (UPND) has charged PF’s Secretary General Winter Kabimba’s observations that Government ministers have failed to articulate the PF manifesto amounts to a vote of no confidence in the Cabinet by the party.

UPND spokesperson Charles Kakoma says the statement by Mr. Kabimba that the ministers have failed to explain the PF manifesto is also an indication that the current government is not running effectively.Mr. Kakoma has further claimed that the people of Zambia are even more disappointed with the quality of leadership that the current government is offering.

He says President Michael Sata should consider making changes to his cabinet and has since advised him to ensure that he listens to people before making certain decisions. On Tuesday PF secretary general Wynter Kabimba said he was disappointed with the failure by the Cabinet ministers to articulate the PF manifesto to the Zambian people saying this is giving an impression that the President is running one man decisions.
