JAWUZ Proposes 45 Years As Retirement Age

The Judicial and Allied Workers Union of Zambia-JAWUZ has proposed a retirement age of 45 years-old.

JAWUZ President Peter Mwale says the union has taken into consideration the life expectancy among the Zambian people.
Mr. Mwale also says retiring at this age will also help create employment for the young people.
Mr. Mwale said this when he made a submission before the Parliamentary Delegated Legislation Committee.
