Phiri who visited the college yesterday was prompted to step into the Council of Churches of Zambia (CCZ) run college to prevent the adverse effects that the transfer of five senior lecturers would have following a petition from students and some other lecturers.

But soon after Phiri left, Sikwela the younger brother of Copperbelt permanent secretary Howard Sikwela who was also tied in a sexual affair with a married woman contacted education permanent secretary Chishimba Nkosha alleging that the named lecturers were anti PF. Nkosha has since directed that although the transfers have been halted by his boss Phiri, the lecturers must not resume work until the CCZ concludes the now fabricated investigations of political indulgence.

Mr. Kabaso was transferred to Mongu, to Mansa, Mr. Kunda to Monze, Mr. Mwaba to Solwezi while Mr. Muzunda and Mr. Sabi go to Kasama following the leak of Sikwela’s multiple sexual affairs with some named students, including some who were married and have since put their marriages on the rocks.
