Judges receive bribes to make Lungu stand in 2021

– Lungu differs with Ester over adultery

Three Constitution Court Justices who messed up the Presidential petition are at it again. This time they want to declare that embattled PF President Edgar Lungu is eligible to stand in 2021 Presidential elections. Judge Annie Mwewa Sitali, Mungeni Mulenga and Palan Mulonda have received huge sums of money from the Findlay brothers.

A source has told the Zambian Watchdog that the three judges received the money from Valden Findlay and his elder brother Noble Findlay at State Lodge where Edgar Lungu is currently residing. The source said Lungu met the three disgruntled judges at State Lodge the same night he arrived from Kenya after witnessing the inauguration of Uhuru Kenyatta as Republican President.

The Findlays are the funders of the Presidential Market Empoerment initiative. Meanwhile, information has emerged that PF President Edgar Lungu has shifted from his matrimonial home in State House to State Lodge abandoning his wife Esther after marital differences.

A source said Lungu shifted after the wife discovered that he committed aldutery during the Reed dance in Swaziland recently. Esther Lungu is at Nkwazi House while Lungu is at State Lodge.

On the issue of the constitution, there is nothing new from the first to the amended constitution. The big issue is that if you have stolen and you know that the people you have stolen from know it, you do not want to leave the position, fearing prosecution. We saw it with Chiluba, did he not suffer the prosecution and humiliation? Zambians should not even think that there is anything complicated in the constitution that requires interpretation. The constitution on the terms in office is as clear as ministers vacating offices once parliament is dissolved.Only one who is stubborn can claim that there is a claws which allows ministers to stay in their positions after dissolution of parliament. It is an offense under the laws of Zambia especially if one swore to uphold and protect the constitution of Zambia to start behaving differently.
If Mr. Sata did not die but vacated the Presidency by resigning or on poor health, Mr Lungu would have assumed office if the then vice President could not. In this case he would be finishing Mr. Sata’s term. However, once you are voted into office within the period of the five year term worn by the dead person, a vacancy exists and that is why you are being voted for. It is your own term you are finishing. The dead have no term. Their term ends with their last breath on earth before dying. DO NOT TALK OF FINISHING A DEAD PERSON’S TERM, IT DOES NOT EXIST.

Is Lungu a threat to upnd? Just prepare yourselves. You are facing Lungu again in 2021. The amended constitution that you forced Lungu to sign allows him to stand in 2021.

Foolish stupid judges. They are supporting Lungu to stand for 2021 elections so that can hire Ugandans to steal elections from HH and continue to receive dollars from pf. Disgusting pf parasites with their poor thinking skills. Shame on you pf power hungry demons with your zero IQ. Think big for Zambia not your fat bellies, you pf criminals, tribalists, thugs and prostitutes.

Normal moral ethics dictate that one must have solid and irrefutable proof to accuse someone of a serious misconduct like committing adultery particularly where it involves a head of state. Why does ZWD like to throw unnecessary mud at ECL? Your colleagues who took a woman to Jesus whom they accused to have actually committing adultery run away when Jesus challenged them to throw a stone at the woman if they had no sin against them. What more with you guys at ZWD.How morally clean are you?

Common sense demands that you show the sources of your wealth especially when in public office. How come ZRA has no track of your activities which are in millions, yet they know how much my garden boy makes. If you conceal the source, ownership or control of funds then that amounts to money laundering.

There is no fire without s smoke iwe chitole, let ZWD do the reporting so that Zambians are abreast of what is happening regardless issues are about the Head if State. And by the way, what is so special about Edgar Lungu if not he is also like any ordinary Zambian yet it’s the people who voted him? Ngali ule ninshi liule full stop
