Justice will come one day, predicts Pilato

Justice will come one day, predicts Pilato

Musician Fumba Chama, widely known as Pilato says:
STUDENT POWER IS NATIONAL POWER
Its very difficult to be romantic with a government that
dispises the sanctity of life. A government that
believes that those that ask questions must be beaten,
arrested, maimed or killed can never be a government
of the people. A government that demands for silence
from its people at all costs is not a people’s
government.
Minister Nkandu Luo is an arrogant representation of
government’s hatred for the poor. The minister and her
government have realised that the poor people have
nothing to offer apart from demands and questions so
its time to pursue for riches and wealth until 2021. This
is evident in how they have treated those that aided
them during elections. Musicians have been abandoned
without pay, the Jerabos have been left wondering
whats next, people are being displaced from their own
pieces of land and now students are being butchered
and beaten for demanding for meal allowances. The
only thing that our people can offer to a politician is
votes…….. And after an election, the politician doesnt
need votes they need money unfortunately they can
only make money at the expense of the poor.
In our poverty we have become vulnerable to
manipulation, we are easily fooled with a few kwachas
and like the Bible puts it, “give a little beer to a poor
man so that he may forget his misery”, yes indeed they
give us free beers and we forget about our 4 years of
struggles.
To The CBU students
Remain steadfast and calm. This arrogance has an
expiry date and very soon people will held accountable.
This is not your fight alone but the fight of every
progressive Zambian. Ba Nkandu Luo will be held
accountable for the life lost and every injury caused.
The great people of this country will never let you
down.To you my brothers and sisters, I promise justice.
It may not happen now or tomorrow but it shall surely
come.
