Just after returning from forging ties with communists regimes like Cuba, Justice Minister Wynter Kabimba is on his way to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
With his boss in bad health, Kabimba will represent Zambia at an event where leaders in the Great lakes region are expected to sign a peace agreement on Sunday for Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and the region.
Kabimba, who will be representing President Michael Sata during the signing ceremony, is expected in Addis Ababa today.
First Secretary for Press at the Zambian Embassy in Ethiopia, Dorcas Chileshe told the government news agency Zanis.
Other ministers must be choking with jealous at the way Sata is favouring Kabimba to do the work which Sata is incapable of doing.
