Vice-president (in name only) Guy Scott last week in parliament accused the Zambian Watchdog of being irresponsible and writing lies about president Michael Sata’s health.
We don’t mind being insulted or accused by Scott or anybody else in PF or its partners.
What Scott does not know is that we actually know more than we have published already. We have been restraining ourselves to give government time to address the crisis the country is currently in following president Sata hospitalisation.
If we were irresponsible as Scott alleges, we could have published that doctors actually gave (medical opinion) president Sata up to 30 September 2014 to live.
We have had this information from the time Sata collapsed and was evacuated to South Africa then Israel where he is currently in a comma.
We also know that president Sata did not properly hand over power to Wynter Kabimba to act as president because the head of state was unconscious at the ceremony he was purported to have transferred power. He did not sign anywhere. What this means is that Kabimba is acting as president is illegally. In fact, what Kabimba did amounts to a coup. We know the tension in government but we restrain ourselves from publishing some stuff.
We challenge Guy Scott or Kabimba to publish the signed document on which Sata transferred executive powers to Kabimba.
We are also aware that, in case of Sata dying, Kabimba and his evil cartel plan to hold the bye-lection within 60 days from the day the announcement will be made.
