Lusaka’s Kabulonga Girls High School Pupils have complained of harassment from some sections of the public following recent negative media publicity of the institution.

Some  pupils told MUVI TV News over the weekend that reports suggesting that a fifteen-year-old girl purporting to be a Grade Twelve pupil at the institution are false.

This follows the arrest of the named girl and two Nineteen-year-old female students from NIPA for trafficking in cocaine by the Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC).

The pupils said they are  concerned with  negative media publicity of their school saying is a threat to their well-being.

And school head teacher, Agness Chipanuka, disclosed that school authorities at the institution conducted a verification exercise at the prisons to establish the identity of the girl. The Head teacher said this in an interview with MUVI TV News in Lusaka.
