Kamanga visits squad in training ahead of today’s clash

Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) President Andrew Kamanga watched the national team in training on Tuesday evening ahead of today’s clash with Congo Brazzaville.
At the end of the training session he mingled with the players and members of the technical bench.
He was accompanied by Faz vice president Richard Kazala, Faz Treasurer Rix Mweemba, Executive Committee members Blackwell Siwale and Lee Kawanu, Faz Technical Director Honor Janza, Faz Finance Director Samuel Phiri and Club Licensing Manager Erick Mwanza. Zambia hosts Congo – Brazzaville in a 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualification match at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium today Wednesday and the march will be televised live by ZNBC at 18 hours.
Both teams are tied on 4 points but Congo Brazzaville tops the group with a superior 5 goals scored from Zambia’s 2.
Zambia will play Congo Brazzaville away in a reverse fixture this weekend on 27th March 2016 and coach Lwandamina is aiming to get maximum points from the two games.
Other group E teams Kenya and Guinea-Bissau both have a single point from the two games played.
Zambia plays Guinea-Bissau on 4th June and will play the last march on 3rd September against Kenya.
