Kambwili silenced by corruption allegations from Kabimba camp

Corruption allegations from the Winter Kabimba camp that Sports and Youth Development Minister Chishimba Kambwili is giving youth empowerment fund to his girl friends and relatives have forced him into silence.

Sources within the PF said the allegations by Kabimba’s ‘boy’ David Silubanji  that Kambwili has been favouring girl friends and relatives seem to have some grain of truth that have forced the vocal Roan Parliamentarian into silence.

Mr. Kambwili was one of the vocal senior PF leaders and cabinet ministers who openly condemned the harassment and impending expulsion of Foreign Affairs Minister, Given Lubinda. See story here also as covered by Voice of America (VOA) here

But as soon as Kambwili came out in the open, the Kabimba group reiterated by allegation that he (Kambwili) was involved in corrupt activities by giving youth empowerment fund to relatives and friends.

Kambwili challenged Mr. Silubanji to report him to the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) for them to investigate.

But then President Michael Sata had issued directives that none of his ministers could be investigated without seeking permission from him.
