Lack of new constitution worries Tilyenji

United National Independence Party (UNIP) says it is sad that Zambia will go to the polls without a new constitution.
UNIP President Tilyenji Kaunda said it disheartening to note that a lot of time and resources were spent on the constitution making process that has yielded no tangible results.
Kaunda said there is need to allow democracy to prevail by ensuring that citizens are given a people driven constitution as soon as possible.
