And Citizens Forum Executive Secretary Simon Kabanda says Vice President George Kunda has no moral authority to talk about the constitutional making process because he is responsible for its failure.
Kabanda says Kunda should instead humble himself and apologize to the people of Zambia for messing up the constitution making process.
During a public rally at Silolo Basic School Grounds in Sesheke District over the weekend Mr. Kunda said Government will re-introduce the failed constitution amendment bill which failed in the last sessions of parliament.
Vice President George Kunda says the bill failed because it was sabotaged by the opposition.
