Lewis Mosho swindled us also

I have seen multiple stories on your page over the years about prominent lawyer Lewis Mosho. And i have always resisted the temptation of commenting. But today I thought its time to speak out after seeing another article. I used to work for a Chinese construction company known as YJL (in short) based here in Lusaka. Our boss then had invested some of money in the Freedom Park Mall (not sure if its still called that) in Kitwe together with a Mr Ghazi Hussein and another man who later left this country. He bought shares there and he was also the one doing the construction. What was due to him was in excess of $10m. At a later stage it was determined that the mall be sold so he could recover the millions of dollars he invested. Somehow thats how Mr Lewis Mosho was appointed liquidator. Napsa bought the mall. Mr. Lewis Mosho being the liquidator was the one put in charge of disbursing the funds. When our company went down, this was the money we were all told would be used to pay our benefits. But unfortunately it was promise after promise. Mr Hussein and his friend were paid their dues but for our boss it was promise after promise. Mr Mosho on several occasions promised he would pay but till today its over five years there is nothing. Everyone has given up. Most of our former workmates are languishing in abject poverty because that is the money they relied upon. Some have even died as a result of depression as everything went down so quickly. As far as we know Mr Mosho has had everything to do with this but because of how untouchable he appears to its been very difficult to get the money. Our boss tried even using political links but nothing worked. As i write we do not know where he is because this whole thing messed him up. All the suppliers and people he owed would have been sorted out with the said money because he was a good man that cared for everybody. We feel like we need closure on this issue…please help in investigating it further. Thank you
