Lifuka urges opposition to be patient with PF govt

Transparency International Zambia (TIZ) President Rueben Lifuka has charged that it is too early for individuals in the opposition to criticize President Michael Sata’s developmental changes in the country.

Speaking to journalists, Lifuka advised opposition political parties to be patient and allow the Patriotic Front (PF) government to work and deliver on its campaign promises.

He noted that though, condemning certain moves such as the appointment of 10 nominated Members of Parliament (MPs) instead of 8 MPs was good, the opposition must try to always be objective and offer constructive criticism.

Lifuka appealed to the all political parties to work with the PF and support policies  that will benefit the Zambian so as to foster national development better the lives of the voters.
