On 12 November, A ZRA customs officer committed suicide after shooting his girlfriend at Lake Safari Lodge in Siavonga.
The Chirundu border-stationed customs officer Boniface Sichilongo, shot himself in the head after shooting his girlfriend more than three times following a dispute.

The lady, Linda Kaluba later died in hospital.
